Fairy fort in Feeagh, County Limerick: a roughly circular earth-and-stone bank, about thirty metres across, set in marshy ground beside a farmyard. The south and northwest banks still stand highest, while vegetation buries the interior and an abandoned car sits in the southeast. People may have lived there before the land became a paddock, but now the ring holds only grass, shadow and the memory of being occupied.

In marshy ground, on E edge of break in E-facing hillside. Site occupies NW corner of small paddock, immediately E of farmyard. Roughly circular area (30m N-S; 28m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 1m; ext. H 1.35m) best preserved at NW and S. Entrance at SW (Wth 5.4m) and cattle gap at N (Wth 2m). Interior, heavily masked by vegetation overgrowth, slopes down to E. There is an abandoned car in SE quadrant. Rubbish has been dumped against external bank face N->ENE.
