What is recorded here

Fairy fort in Farranbrien West is a ruined earthen ring, 36 metres across, with much of its bank torn away and dirt dumped inside. It sits in pasture, half forgotten, its ditch still marking the edge of a place people shaped before the fields took it over. Whatever lived there has gone, but the circle remains, weakened and exposed, waiting to be seen or lost entirely.

In pasture. In process of destruction. Circular area (35.2m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by bank (int. H 0.65m; ext. H 2m) and external ditch (D 1.85m). Bank destroyed to SSE and WNW; material dumped in interior. Interior slopes to S; badly disturbed by recent digging.
