Fairy fort in Doohyle More, County Limerick: a 20m circular earth-and-stone bank on a SW-facing pasture slope, now partly a field boundary and scarped by cattle. The level interior is hidden under dense vegetation and loose stone, while dumped stones mark the outer western face. It is the kind of place where human life and fairy tale both fit, because the shape is clear even when the story has gone quiet.

In pasture, on SW-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 20m) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.55m). Bank, best preserved at W, is incorporated into field boundary system SE->SW. It has been denuded by cattle to a scarped edge at ESE. Level interior is masked by dense vegetation overgrowth, and littered with loose stone. Stones have been dumped against external bank face at WNW.
