Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Derrygrath Lower is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Derrygrath Lower, County Tipperary, Ireland. The roughly circular enclosure measures about 67 metres north to south and 57 metres east to west on the edge of a ridge crest. Its bank is best preserved in the southeast quadrant, where it reaches 0.8 metres in external height, while a field boundary running northeast to southwest cuts across the rest of the levelled site.

On the edge of the crest of a ridge. The SE quadrant is in pasture and the bank in the W quadrant is incorporated in a field boundary. A field boundary running NE-SW transects the ringfort, the remainder of the monument is levelled, in a barley field. The monument is marked as a large, roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 67m N-S; c. 57m E-W) on the 1st (1840) ed. OS 6-inch map. The bank, (Wth 2m crest, 4.4m base; int. H 0.32m; ext. H 0.8m) is best preserved in the SE quadrant. There is no visible evidence of an external fosse. Neighbouring ringforts (TS082-018002-;TS082-018003-) lie 9.3m to the SE and c. 85m to the SSE respectively. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 21 January 2014
