What is recorded here

Croaghnacree holds at least three ancient rings, including one visible only when crops grow unevenly across a buried bank and ditch. The land has forgotten the shape, but sunlight and soil still betray it. People may have lived, hidden, or simply marked ownership there before writing arrived. The field keeps repeating itself like a habit older than memory.
