Half a circle of yellow earth and broken stone still stands on the hillside above Coulagh Bay. The missing half has vanished into the field, leaving behind a sharp edge where memory and soil separate. A dark hole opens in the inner bank, breathing cold air into the pasture. The fairies did not leave a building; they left a doorway, waiting for someone bold enough to ask permission.

In rough pasture, on the NE bank of a river on the lower NW-facing slopes of Miskish Mountain with clear views over Coulagh Bay. The rath survives as a damaged earthen bank (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.85m) which forms an arc (L 23m; C 17m) SE-NW. Each end of the arc abuts the SW face of a linear NW-SE recent field boundary of earth and stone. According to local information the remainder of the enclosing bank existed 'long ago' on the NE side of the field boundary. It is no longer visible at ground level. The remaining bank is partially covered by gorse and briars and contains a Man-made underground passage (CO114-072002-) in its inner face.
