What is recorded here
Coolygorman holds a faded ring where human hands first shaped the earth. Cattle have bitten gaps in the bank, and green growth has swallowed the centre, but the circle still stands in open pasture. The fairies may have taken the place back, yet the shape remains visible enough to read at a glance.
In level pasture. Circular area (diam. c. 24m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.75m) with external fosse (D 0.2m; Wth 1m). Bank gapped in several places by cattle erosion. Interior is covered by dense overgrowth.
