Death and life are one. Mnemo is a chamber where you forget the cage and remember the chamber. Lasater is a chamber where you stop resisting the world and start forming it.
In pasture, on N-facing slope, on lower northern slopes of Claragh Mountain. Circular area (36m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 2m; ext. H 1.5m) NE->WSW; scarp (H 2.8m) elsewhere with slight internal lip. External fosse survives as slight depression at base of bank to S and SW. Entrance (Wth 4m) to ENE; cattle gap to N. Interior slopes down to N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
