Fairy fort in Bawnlahan: a 40-metre earthen ring on a gentle north-facing slope, with a 2.4-metre bank, eastern entrance and cultivation ridges still crossing the inside. It is the kind of place where human hands made a round home and later stories turned it into fairy ground.

In pasture, on gentle N-facing slope. Circular raised area (40m N-S; 41m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 2.4m); external fosse (D 0.5m); counterscarp bank (H 1.1m). Bank planted with conifers; entrance (Wth 4m) to E, with causeway. Cultivation ridges cross interior on N-S axis.
