Fairy fort in Barrahaurin: a vanished circular enclosure, about twenty-five metres across, set in pasture above the Dripsey River valley. The western and south-western bank has been erased, leaving only faint traces of an outward ditch and second rampart beside a standing stone. People may have lived there, marked it, or simply passed it by; the earth has taken most of the answer.

In pasture, overlooking Dripsey River valley to SW. Hachured as circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; open at SW side on 1904 and 1939 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; Hartnett (1939, 177) records bank 'erased to the W and SW', with 'traces of an outward fosse and second rampart'. Standing stone (CO050-054002-) associated with enclosure.
