Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballyvaheen is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballyvaheen, County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies an oval area measuring 28.6 metres north to south and 36 metres east to west, enclosed by a bank with a 1.2 metre crest and 3.3 metre base. The interior is uneven with scrub in the southeast quadrant and grass elsewhere, while the exterior shows steep drops in the southeast and northeast quadrants. No entrance feature is visible, and three other enclosures on the opposite ridge to the northeast have been levelled.
On a steep SE-facing slope in undulating terrain, surrounded by tillage to NW and SW and young plantation to SE. Townland boundary runs roughly N-S along NE side. Enclosures, 600m, 500m and 400m respectively to NE on opposite ridge, (TS077-047----; TS077-050---- and TS077-051----) were probably visible but have been levelled. Interior is uneven, a lot of scrub in SE quadrant, otherwise grass-covered. Oval area (diam. 28.6m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by a bank (Wth 1.2m crest, 3.3m base; int. H 0.48m; ext. H 0.56m). There is a steep drop to the exterior in the SE quad. which has been truncated (ext. H 2.3m). The NE quadrant also has quite a steep drop to the exterior and is very overgrown with brambles and scrub. There is no visible entrance feature.
