No visible entry, no intact wall, no human scale. The ground itself has been shaped into a room where the chamber is the exception and the rock is the rule. What is missing is the point: the border has been erased, the interior has become landscape, and the fort has stopped being a fort.

In rough pasture, on break in gentle E-facing slope, in area of outcropping limestone. Circular area (36m N-S; 35.5m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.55m) E->N, and defined by scarped edge (H 0.35m; Wth 1m) N->E. Interior surface is very uneven due to exposed limestone outcrops; eastern third is slightly lower than rest of interior.
