Fairy fort in Ballymoney North is a subcircular earthen ringfort on a grassland rise in County Galway, measuring about thirty-nine metres east-west and thirty-four and a half metres north-south. Its stone-faced inner bank, surrounding ditch and partial outer bank still mark the shape of a place people once entered through a gap on the east side. The name suggests later belief rather than proven function, yet the surviving form points to deliberate building, defensible space and repeated use across generations.

On a rise in grassland. Subcircular rath (E-W 39m, N-S 34.5m), in fair condition, defined by a stone-faced inner bank, intervening fosse and outer bank; the latter is present from WNW to N.
