Fairy fort in Ballygirriha, County Cork: a 26.8m earthen ring, half a metre high, stone-faced outside, still standing in pasture while the road to the north bends to respect it. People may have lived there, or avoided it, or both; the bank remains clear enough to judge.

In pasture. Circular area (diam. 26.8m) enclosed by earthen bank (H 0.5m). Bank stone-faced externally. Roadway to N respects site.
