Fairy forts in Ballydaly hide inside ordinary pasture, waiting for someone to stop treating grass as empty. That is the shape of the region: small, stubborn, and older than the fields that swallowed them.

In level pasture. According to local information, ringfort enclosed by single earthen bank levelled c. 1973; said to have been approximately half the size of ringfort (8016) in adjoining field to NE.
