Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballonaghan OR Harristown is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballonaghan OR Harristown, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies rough pasture on a drumlin ridge and consists of a raised oval area enclosed by a low earth and stone bank. Visible stone facing remains on the structure, while quarrying marks the western edge and interior centre. Some trees now grow within the oval boundary.
In rough pasture, on top of a drumlin ridge. A raised oval area (int. diam. 22.4m N-S; 29.6m E-W) enclosed by a low earth and stone bank (Wth 1.6m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.65m). The remains of stone facing is visible. Quarrying is evident at the W and at the centre of the interior. The interior is planted with some trees.
