Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Ballagh (athlone North By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballagh (athlone North By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle east-facing slope as a circular grass-covered area measuring thirty-six point four metres north-northwest to south-southeast and thirty-three point three metres east-northeast to west-southwest. A fosse with a top width of five point seven to seven point two metres and base width of zero point seven to one point five metres defines the circle, while no visible bank or identifiable original entrance remains. Two other raths stand approximately one hundred and eighty metres to the north and one hundred and sixty metres to the east.
On a gentle E-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 36.4m NNW-SSE; 33.3m ENE-WSW) defined by a fosse (Wth of top 5.7-7.2m; Wth of base 0.7-1.5m; int. D 0.7-0.75m; ext. D 0.15-0.4m) ENE-W-NNE. There is no visible bank or identifiable original entrance. Raths (RO045-085----; RO045-087----) are c. 180 to the N and 160m to the E respectively.
