Fairy fort in An Tseanchluain: a 37m earthen ring on an east-facing slope, its ditch still shadowed west to north while cultivation ridges cross the middle. People may have lived there before pasture took it back, shaping soil into a small defensible world. The faded east side does not erase the shape; it invites imagination to complete what grass has swallowed.

In pasture, on break in E-facing slope. Roughly circular area (37m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 1.8m); external fosse (D 1.7m) survives W->N, shallow depression elsewhere. Remains of cultivation ridges cross interior on E-W axis. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
