Excavation, miscellaneous

What is recorded here

Test excavation's at Usher's Island in 2003 revealed a partly stone-lined gully, probably for drainage that led towards the river Liffey. This was filled with later 17th century material (Walsh, c. 2006, 137 in Excavations 2003).

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
