Excavation 3115 records a single 1992 cut in County Limerick where pits, a possible stone feature, charcoal and bone appeared beside Mungret. The discovery was enough to move the proposed development and cover the site again, preserving what might have been lost.

In 1992, as part of an archaeological assessment by Celie 0 Rahilly a single cut was made in which pits, a possible stone feature, charcoal and bone were noted. Owing to their presence, although no datable finds were recovered, the proposed development was relocated and the site back-filled.
