Detached single-bay single-storey former boiler house, c.1830. Coursed limestone rubble walls with brick built and dressed openings. Now overgrown and roofless.
Though unroofed and overgrown, this boiler house remains an important element of the industrial and architectural heritage of the Palmerstown Mill Lane area.
