What is recorded here

No visible wall or ditch remains, only a smooth slope where an ancient boundary once held. The enclosure vanished beneath generations of grazing feet and changing fences, yet it still faces the narrow stream flowing south. Forgetting did not erase the shape; it returned the land to openness.

Levelled enclosure surveyed in 1987 by the Castleisland District Archaeological Survey and described as follows; 'on open pastureland sloping down to the north-east and overlooking in that direction a narrow stream which is running in a southerly direction.
