Enclosure in Tonlegee (ballintober South By., Cams Ed) is an enclosure in Tonlegee (ballintober South By., Cams Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a low-lying area at the bottom of a north-facing slope. A rectangular grass-covered space measures 22 metres east-west and 17.5 metres north-south inside an earthen bank. The bank is 2.4 to 2.7 metres wide and 0.2 to 0.6 metres high, with facing-stones on the west and north sides.
In a low-lying landscape at the bottom of a N-facing slope. Rectangular grass-covered area (int. dims 22m E-W; 17.5m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.4-2.7m; H 0.2-0.6m), with internal and external facing-stones on the W and N sides, and an entrance (Wth 2.2m) at the E end of the S side. It is at the centre of the large enclosure (RO035-110001-) and there is a grass-covered rectangular cairn (RO035-110003-) at its centre, which might be a clearance cairn or the remains of a house.
