Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map as a large circular enclosure (overall diam. c. 80m) and on the 1899-1902 revision of this map it is depicted with the NE quadrant. Subsequently the enclosure was levelled and it is visible on aerial photographs (ASIAP (414) 15-17, 6 Marc 2004) and on satellite imagery as a cropmark, the clearest being a Google Earth image taken on 25 April 2021 which shows an enclosure (int. diam. c. 30m; overall diam. c. 70m) defined by a possible inner fosse, a bank, fosse and outer bank. Also on this image there appears to be an entrance (Wth c. 11m) through the outer bank and fosse in the ESE sector, facing southeastward.
