In level tillage. Visible on a 1970 aerial photograph (CUCAP BDO 43) as the cropmark of a fosse enclosing a sub-rectangular area (est. max. dims. c. 40m NW-SE; c. 35m NE-SW). Possibly a moated site. No visible surface trace survives.
