In pasture, on S-facing hill slope. Roughly rectangular area (32.7m N-S; 20.9m E-W) enclosed by curved earthen bank (int. H 0.25m; ext. H 2.34m) ESE->SSW and by a low linear earthen bank (int. H 0.48m; ext. H 0.26m) SSW->ESE which forms roughly right-angled corners at NW and NE. Curved bank section along line of original enclosure; remainder has been modified into small field. Marshy interior, slopes gently down to S.
