What is recorded here

Not a typical ringfort, the circular enclosure sat at the base of a south-facing slope in Powerstown, its twenty-metre arc still visible from west to east despite levelling. Fifteen metres north-west, a fulacht fiadh waited for water and heat, suggesting people cooked or cleaned rather than defended. The unusual pairing hints at a working place where food, fire and daily life mattered more than walls.

Levelled; arc (diam. c. 20m) formed by low rise survives W->ESE. Fulacht fiadh (11535) lies c. 15m to NW. Not a typical location for ringfort.
