Enclosure in Oldcourt (talbotstown Lower By.)

Situated on gentle NE-facing slope near the summit of Woodend Hill. Oval enclosure (dims c. 60m E-W; 40m N-S) defined by a stony bank, visible on aerial photographs (GSIAP, O 72-3). Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
