In pasture. A roughly circular enclosure (int. diam. c. 44m; overall diam. c. 62m) is indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and on the 1900 revision as an enclosure with a wide outer fosse. The monument has subsequently been levelled, though its outline is visible on satellite imagery.
