In pasture, on N-facing slope. Indicated as large subrectangular area on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Oval area (42.8m N-S; 58.2m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H1.1m) with external fosse (D 0.4m) NW->NE; farm buildings NE->S; fosse S->SW; field fence SW->NW. Interior level.
