Situated on a low hillock on flat pasture in a poorly drained area with a nearby earthwork site (TN035-021) to the SW. The barely discernible outline of a much degraded low circular area (diam. 30m E-W) defined by a shallow fosse (Wth 3m). No other features visible. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary. Vol. 1 - North Tipperary' compiled by Jean Farrelly and Caimin O'Brien (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2002).
