In flat grassland with small stream 20m to SE with good views in all directions. Low rise of ground (H 0.2m; approx. diam. 20m N-S; 20m E-W) indicates levelled enclosure which is depicted as a small enclosure on the 1840 ed. OS 6-inch map.
