Enclosure in Gort An Phludaigh

In reclaimed upland bog. Circular area (13m E-W; 12.6m N-S) enclosed by partially grass-covered stone bank (H 0.5m). Entrance (Wth 1.2m) to ESE defined on S side by upright stones. Low mound of stones (H 0.5m), roughly circular in shape (4m N-S; 4m E-W), at centre of interior; may be remains of hut site. Locally known as lios.
