In bogland on S-facing slope. Slightly raised circular area (15m N-S; 15.5m E-W) partially enclosed to N by two low grass-covered banks (max. H 0.4m) and shallow intervening fosse; to S by scarp (H 0.35m) where turf cutting has occurred. Entrance (Wth 3.4m) to NE. Holy well (CO115-01502-) in SW quadrant.
