Located in tillage field on the demesne lands of Emo Court in an area known locally as 'Killeenatogher'. Killeenatogher church site (LA009-005----) 260m to NW. Semi-circular-shaped cropmark of W half of possible enclosure (approx. diam. 55m) bisected by a modern field boundary running N-S is visible on aerial image taken June 2020. Could be the remains of a levelled ringfort or possibly a designed landscape feature such as a tree-ring associated with Emo Castle demesne. The field has several other cropmarks some of which relate to the landscaping of the demesne lands belonging to Emo Castle (Court).
