Marked on the 1842 and 1916 OS maps as a circular enclosure, the site has 'cave' (KE014-056001-) marked in the interior on the later edition. This site has been completely levelled and no surface trace remains.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 479. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
