Enclosure in Cummerduff

Enclosure

What is recorded here

Kinahan (1879-88, 157) describes an enclosure on a NE-facing slope at Cummerduff that is probably post-medieval as a parallelogram (dims. c. 23-29m N-S; c. 16m E-W) probably defined by stone walls. Its precise location is not known, but it was on NE-facing slope in Cummerduff, just SW of the kiln (WX002-045----), with enclosure (WX002-047----) to the SW.
