Enclosure in Cooryeen

In rough hill pasture, on a S-facing slope, overlooking Lough Inchiquin. A circular area (diam. 9m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.3m) NE-SW and by a scarp cut into the upslope W-NE. The SE portion of the interior is raised (H 0.4m) and the NW portion is cut (D 0.5m) into the upslope to compensate for the hillslope. There is a hut site (KE101-110002-) in the interior.
