Enclosure in Clonogan, County Carlow, Ireland. Rectangular enclosure (45m x 35m) in which Castle once stood. Two banks with intervening fosse remain, partly ploughed out, visible at S and E as cropmark. Road and modern field boundary cover N and W banks. The north interior stands raised above the south.
Rectangular enclosure (45m x 35m) in which Castle (CW018-013001-) once stood. Defined by ploughed-out remains of two banks with intervening fosse, visible at S, and at E where fosse is occasionally visible as cropmark.
