Enclosure in Clashateeaun

Located on an E-facing slope. Depicted on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map as a roughly circular enclosure. By the latest ed. only portions of the bank at N and S survive. According to the landowner the site was completely levelled approximately sixty years ago, however, the low circular bank (diam. 37.5m N-S; 33m E-W) is still clearly visible (int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext.
