In upland area overlooking the Small River valley, on reclaimed grassland. Castle Waller (TN037-013----) 345m to E. Outline of circular-shaped earthwork (approx. diam. 17m) visible on Digital Globe aerial imagery taken 2011-13. The faint outline of a rectangular feature is visible immediately to NE. This latter feature may be a post-1700 landscaping feature on the demesne lands of Castle Waller. Outline of rectangular enclosure (approx dims. 40m NE-SE x 17m E-W) visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018. Cropmark of curving ditch visible on Google Earth in field to W of enclosure appears to be related the other cropmarks. See attached Google Earth orthophoto taken 18/11/2018.
