What is recorded here

In rough pasture, on the S end of a terrace on a S-facing hillslope overlooking Coomhola valley. An oval area (20m E-W; 13m N-S) is defined by a collapsed stone wall (T 0.9m; H 0.4m) protruding above the surface of the bog. The interior slopes down to the S. Another enclosure (CO091-023002-) lies c. 70m to the NNW. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
