In pasture, on a broad, natural ridge (long axis N-S). Circular area (dims. c. 26m E-W; c. 25m N-S) defined by bank (overall Wth 3.7m; Wth at top 0.6m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.05m) WNW-E and scarp (Wth 1.2m; H 0.55m) E-WNW. Entrance gap (Wth c. 6m) at NE appears modern. Interior obscured by dense overgrowth.
