What is recorded here
On a slight N-facing slope 90m W of townland boundary with Ballymartin. Not depicted on the 1840 0S 6-inch map or the 1897 25-inch OS map. Identified from an examination of aerial photographs of the region during work on the Curraleigh–Limerick gas pipeline in 1986 (BGE 1:10000 No. 42). No surface remains visible when visited by the ASI in 2000. Not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 14/02/2020.
