In improved wet pasture, 40m NE of a watercourse which also marks a townland boundary with Loughgur. Enclosures (LI032-070/306----) lie 7m to ESE and 9m to S, respectively. Monument is not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 296.1: AP4/3605) as a small pennanular-shaped earthwork which is open to S. Levelled monument is not visible on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, or on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 or on Google Earth orthoimage 20/09/2020.
