Enclosure in Ballyviniter Lower

Cropmark of fosse of circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) visible in aerial photograph (CASAP, July 1989), projecting from NW corner of rectangular enclosure (14245). Fosse visible as single band of cropmark S->NNE and as two narrow bands NNE->S. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
