Ballyhegadon Glebe is a lost enclosure in County Laois, Ireland. Its circular shape and the way it resisted easy description suggest a place shaped by memory rather than measurement. It may have marked a boundary, a gathering point or a lived relationship with the land. The absence of a visible marker does not remove the place; it returns the place to imagination, where its shape can still be judged by the life it supported.

Marked on the 1841 edition of the OS 6-inch map; a circular 'fort' (max. diam. c. 50m). In undulating countryside. No visible surface remains. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Laois' (Dublin Stationery Office, 1995) compiled by P. David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
