In level pasture, land gently undulating to N. Circular area (dims. c. 21m N-S; c. 23m E-W) defined by low earthen bank (Wth 2.25m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.0m) W-N-E and low scarp (Wth 1.5m; H 1.0m) E-S-W. External fosse (Wth 3.75m; D 0.3m) covered by briars in places. Possible traces of outer bank SE-S-SW. Mature trees on inner bank and within fosse. Interior slopes downwards to N, trees and bushes within.
