What is recorded here
In pasture, on the E-facing slope of a rise. A raised oval area (83m N-S; 61m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 1.8m). An external fosse (Wth 9m; D 1m) is evident SE-NNW. The interior slopes gently down to E. There is a mound barrow (SL038-019002-) in the W half of the interior. An E-W field boundary crosses the S half of the interior and another truncates the scarp at N.
