Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Roxborough, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a slight NE-facing slope as a subcircular grass-covered platform measuring 31.7m E-W and 25m N-S, rising 0.35-0.45m above the ground. A fosse 4.6-6.4m wide at the top and 0.1-0.25m deep borders the NE, S and W sides, while a 1m scarp defines the remainder. Two other raths lie nearby: RO039-019 about 150m WNW and RO039-021 about 190m NE.
On a slight NE-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered platform (dims 31.7m E-W; 25m N-S; H 0.35-0.45m) defined by a fosse (Wth of top 4.6-6.4m; Wth of base 1.8-3.1m; D 0.1-0.25m) NE-S-W, and by a scarp (H 1m) elsewhere.
